Built around real life

Safety is the reason. A cleaner, calmer pool is the bonus.

A correctly fitted cover can add an important barrier around a home pool while also helping manage leaves, dust and evaporation.

Read the safety & care guide
Barrier

Secure every fixing point

Protection depends on the cover being correctly positioned, tensioned and secured each time.

Supervision

Never treat a cover as a babysitter

A cover supports a broader safety plan; it does not replace attentive adult supervision.

Upkeep

Inspect wear and hardware

Loose fixings, damage or poor fit should be addressed before relying on the cover again.

Common questions

What homeowners ask before choosing a cover.

Still unsure? Send a photo. It is often the quickest way to get a useful answer.

Ask us on WhatsApp
01Can you quote from pool length and width only?

Length and width help with an estimate, but photos are important because steps, curves, raised features, paving condition and fixing space affect the final design. Manufacture only starts after the relevant measurements and site details are confirmed.

02Which cover is best for my pool?

It depends on the pool shape, span, surrounds, drainage needs and how you want to handle the cover. Send photos and rough dimensions, and we can help you compare solid PVC and aluminium pole-supported options.

03Do you work with older or unusual pool shapes?

Often, yes. The deciding factors are the real fixing area, coping and paving condition, access, curves, steps and raised features. Clear photos help identify obvious concerns before a site check.

04Is a pool cover a substitute for adult supervision?

No. A properly fitted and secured cover adds a protective barrier, but it never replaces active adult supervision, secure access control or responsible pool-safety habits.

05What warranty do I get?

Our current written warranty provides 2 years on qualifying PVC material defects, 6 months on ratchet straps and bronze ratchets, and 12 months on stainless steel ratchets and stainless button-head bolts. Aluminium support-pole bending is excluded. The written quotation and warranty addendum, including care and use conditions, govern each installation.
